JET — Aluminum Oxide Sanding Belts (3), 2 x 72 in, 36/50/180 Grit
The workhorse of abrasives, aluminum oxide is commonly used on soft and hard woods, nonferrous metals such as aluminum, and certain steels.
Zirconium oxide has high heat resistance for high-pressure grinding and machining applications. It is a staple of steel fabrication shops. Zirconium handles stainless and tool steels, nickel alloy, aluminum, titanium, cast iron, and carbon steel.
Keep a supply of extra belts on hand. Worn, torn, or scratched belts can impact the quality of your results and should be replaced.
Includes 36-grit and 50-grit aluminum oxide belts, and a 180-grit zirconium belt
